The agreement between you and DragoKart when you shop with us.
Orders and acceptance
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or if a pricing error is detected.
Pricing and currency
Prices are shown in your selected currency and may be converted at checkout. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for most destinations.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are indicative, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Customs delays outside our control may extend transit times.
Returns
Our returns policy sits alongside, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the store, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or resell products in breach of applicable law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.
