Shipping & delivery
Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.

Processing time
Orders are checked and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.
Duties, taxes and customs
For most destinations import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so nothing is due on delivery. Where the carrier collects duties locally instead, this is stated clearly before you pay.
Tracking
Every order ships with full tracking. You can check progress any time on the Track Order page using your order number and email.
Multiple parcels
Orders with several items may ship in more than one parcel from different hubs at no extra cost. Each parcel gets its own tracking link.
