Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

We reply within one business day with the correct return address and label options for your region.

Send the item back unused and in its original packaging, keeping your tracking receipt.

Receive your refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return arriving.
What can be returned
Unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, personal care items cannot be returned once opened. Faulty or damaged items are always covered — send a photo and we'll replace or refund without a return shipment where possible.
Return shipping costs
We cover return shipping for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Duties on returns
Where duties were collected at checkout, they are refunded along with the item price.
